Summary of the problem items disappearing

Pack Version 3.0.0

What is the bug? if i craft multiple parts with shift there's a chance items disappearing. i crafted 3 diamond meshes and got only 2 in my inventory. sometimes when i autosort my chests the same thing is happening.

Is it repeatable? no really cause it happens just one or two times an hour.

Yea I have gotten this too as if there is lag. I usually have to close out of the crafting table and open back up and click on all the spots I had items to get my extras back.
