Details of the issue I have a mini-server, and whenever I relog, my non-vanilla items disappear. The stick and torch are never taken away, the donut, bacon, and books are always taken away. I did this in a span of 3-hours, each test being spaced out ~30 minutes. I did not restart the server during that time.

One thing I spotted in the logfiles:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

Maybe increase the amount of memory you use for the server? It looks like you gave it 1.5 Gig max at the moment, try increasing that?

Unfortunately, it did not work, I allocated 3 gigs of RAM, I got a minefactory machine, relogged, and then the machine wasn't there. I don't know what's happening. Maybe I need to allocate more RAM to my MC?

Okay, I fixed. I downgraded to 2.5.0, re-downloaded the server files. Then I made the .sh open always with terminal, and now I don't have any items disappearing! Thanks for your help though!
