Details of the issue:
I am the admin of this server and we are trying to updating it to 2.4.1. I downloaded the world and did the update in smp and everything was exactly as i expected. I uploaded the world/ new mod and config folders, removed client side only mods. When I connected to the server everything from Thaumic energistics was gone except for the tab on the thaumonomicon but none of the research can be gained.

Any ideas what might be causing this?​
