Item Tesseract with quarry

Currently I have a Quarry then filter then an Item tesseract on send only connected to another item tesseract connecting to a sorting machine on receive only no items are being transported, something wrong?

I don't know that this would work but I'd try putting a pneumatic tube between the tesseract and the sorting machine.

My reasoning is:

I think sorting machines that aren't inline try to pull from an inventory, I'm guessing it can't pull from the tesseract. So the tesseract should output to a tube first, and then they'll pass through the sorter as expected.

Redpower machines can't directly pump items into a tesseract (or at least from my testing they don't. They just jam up.) so you'll need a tube going from the filter into the tesseract. Although in theory the quarry should be able to dump straight into the tesseract without the filter. The other problem you have is that tesseract can't output to tubes. You'll need a chest or relay between the tesseract and the sorting machine.

I'd just throw a chest or buffer in at the receiving end. Tesseract > chest > sorting machine.
