Item slot order preference question..

Hey,
Honestly I have no clue right now how to make a subject line for this question, so please forgive the crappy subject line .

My problem, in Project Ozone 3, I have a machine that needs two items for it to work. The items need to be placed in two input slots however in order example:
input slot 1 [iron] slot 2 [bob] which is then turned into output slot 3 [stuff]
If the iron is placed in slot 2 and bob in slot 1 then it wont work.
So I need something to ensure iron goes in 1 and bob in 2

You need to be more specific than that. Different mods do things differently.

In some mods it depends on the input side. (example: the vanilla furnace)
Some mods allow you to configure the input sides per slot. (ex: thermal expansion)
Some mods allow you to configure or enable a filter for a slot.
In some mods it depends on the input order. (ex: botania)
In some cases you can use the natural filtering of a preexisting stack.

You are totally correct, I was not thinking last night. The machine is the Breeder Reactor, fill it with thorium ingot and material like iron / ingots to create more thorium.
