So I have a quarry that is transporting items via a tesseract into a chest. Problem is, this wooden pipe wont pull items out of the chest faster than they're being put in and I have 4 redstone engines on it. I really don't want to use a combustion engine or a sterling.

Normally I would just use itemducts but they don't appear to be in infinity. Is there any alternatives or something I can do to get items out of this chest faster so it doesn't overflow? Thanks.

P.S. Tried using a magmatic engine on the wooden pipe (since i have lots of nether lava) and it jst exploded lol.

Ender IO item conduits. They only pull out 4 items at a time, but can be upgraded with speed upgrades to make them faster. They can be made to pull stacks at a time. Extra utilities item transfer nodes. They also can be upgraded with speed upgrades and stack upgrade(pulls entire stacks at a time). Also, the newest version of Infinity has Thermal Dynamics which brings back the Thermal Expansion style Item ducts. There are different tiers of the ducts as well as tiered servos and filters to control what gets pulled, how fast it's pulled, and where it can go.

If you put a golden/diamond autarchic(sp) gate on it and set all (4/8/16) lines to pull out items when no redstone signal is applied, you get a fair amount of item movement. Those gates are made with BuildCraft lasers and laser crafting tables.

Wise, ur I. twichin bro?

Also why don't people investigate options in new mod packs? EIO has been a thing for ages, outside of BC purists I'm supprised that EIO isn't the 1st choice.
That being said, you can power the wooden pipes with stronger engines and energy sources you know. If you put a leadstone energy cell next to the wooden pipe it will drain pretty much all of the items at once. That being said you need to be careful as it WILL go past the pipe item limit and blow up the pipes, so EIO is the premier option.

Yeah, EnderIO conduits have exsisted for a long time, and have a lot of advantages over most pipes. Compact, upgradable, and easily hidden. I feel like some people just never do anything new in modpacks though. They just do the same thing, so basically it's like they're not even playing different modpacls.

Yes, that's a bug and should be fixed in due time.

Some people dislike them for that reason.
