Item heat / fuel info in tooltip

Hey guys

I've been playing with direwolf20's modpack and I noticed in his videos, when he mouses over certain items (fuels i think) it comes up with a tooltip saying: "can produce: 7870 EU". I have atached a picture for clarity.

Was just wondering if anyone knew what mod this was / how I can get it as i cant see it

Is NEI or a plugin of it, it comes with every FTB pack.

I still cant seem to find it though, had a look for plugins of that sort on google with no luck, also been throught all the menu systems in the game, still no luck.
I installed NEI from the FTB pack.
