Issues with servers

  • Tech Support section is for getting help with FTB related problems. If there's a repeatable issue that can be labeled as a bug, then please use the issue tracker for the pack or the app at GitHub issue trackers - If there's no repository for a pack that means that the pack is old and/or will not be updated. Bugs for older packs will not be fixed, unless they are critical.

Details of the issue:
Hi, i'm trying to run a server for some friends and its my first time so i'm stumbling along. I figured out the port forwarding installed the ftb server pack got it running and have had myself and a couple connected for at least 6 hours with no problems. However i was running into issues allocating more ram for the server. So i installed this minecraft server dashboard from: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum...control-panel-server-wrapper-minecraft-server and it worked a treat for the first 3 hours or so. So i stopped the server went about my day and came back to it now and tried to play alone. It let me for a little while, but then it gave me an error that my connection timed out, I also could not stop the server normally, it would just say it is stopping and nothing else would happen in the console. I have tried to connect a couple of times now after restarting the server through force stopping, but i keep getting a connection timed out, even though my computer is the one that is hosting it!

So you have any ideas what may be causing this? And also sorry for lack of log link, i don't know how to get the log up for it.
