Issues running custom modpack on server

Alright, so I'm having an issue booting up a server version from my client-working version of a custom modpack. It has a great many mods, however I have made sure there are no ID conflicts and it runs well on my client.

I'm renting a server from Nitrado, however my main concern is running it from my computer first to make sure it works server-wise. Which it's not. It's built off the Horizon's: Daybreaker modpack, using Forge version 1448, MC version 1.7.10. The server files I got from the FTB launcher, for the Horizons: Daybreaker modpack.

All I have done is move my mod/scripts/config folders to server. There is no Library folder in my client modified modpack folder, so that's not included. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get, as my server renting is ticking down while I have no server to show for it :c

I also removed JourneyMap from the server files as I heard it conflicted with being in a server.

I don't have it? I had Custom Main Menu, and removed that, but still the same error.

Look at the error Log.

Line 219 :- UE ResourceLoader{1.0} [Resource Loader] (ResourceLoader-1.0.jar)

UE is mod loaded but errored.

You must find and remove this from the server as this should be client only.
