I noticed something strange. I used a portal gun for my world, placed one in my base and placed one far away in a magical forest from Thaumcraft 4. I chop down a thaumcraft silverwood tree, break some blocks, leave to my portal to my base. Then, I decide to come back and chop down another tree, and then I notice the strange part. Everything I chopped down and blocks I broke are just there like they haven't been touched. Everything is normal. I decide to break blocks, and repeat the process, go back to my forest and the blocks again, are like they have never been touched. Is this an issue with the portal gun mod or is it an issue with my world? I did some more tests, and it looks like my world does not want to save data. e.g. I place blocks, log out and log in, and nothing is saved, and the blocks are gone. It's like it reverts save after I leave the world.

I have seen a couple of threads with similar errors. You may have an error in the console regarding a problem with saving. One user said they just made a new world.
Also, I looked into it, and it spams my FTB console while im inside my world:

It looks like some other program is accessing the files and thus Windows locks em and your MC client cant write to them. Maybe your antivirus is scanning them? Did your client crash before and maybe got left running background still world open? Do you have write rights to the Minecraft folder?
I'm sure that it is not running in the background because I restarted my PC several times. What do you mean by write rights to the Minecraft folder and how would I disable my antivirus to stop scanning it? Please help me with this problem.
Try copying the Minecraft folder to dekstop and run there (you have write rights there). Where did you install FTB (do you have full rights in that folder)?
What OS, 32 or 64bit?
You can disable antivirus(whant antivirus program you have?) for few minutes to try running Minecraft and seeing if you can save, or add the FTB folder in settings to not scan it.

I have a folder on my desktop in which my FTB folder is in. I will try to put my FTB folder on the desktop.
My OS is 64-bit.
My anti-virus is Kaspersky PURE 3.0

Disabling anti-virus did not work.
Putting folder on the desktop did not work.
Could it have been that when my world level.dat corrupted, didn't show up in singleplayer, but it showed up in my saves, and I followed instructions on how to get it back, which was create a new world with the same name. Could it be running 2 worlds at once while its open?
