Problem Issue With Biome Generation

Hello,

Well it was just brought to my attention that my server is just generating ocean biomes, even after traveling a few thousand blocks. Is there anyway to fix this issue?

Oceans can range from 20-80k blocks in normal generation, may be 200k I can't remember. However post your servers.properties and BoP config on pastebin.com

Also for a better and easier to understand text editor then notepad try sublime text 2 or beta 3 (it's free).
