Issue Regarding the Notch Apple

The owner of the Baconetworks server line has sent me here to explain the issue. It has come to our attention that with the new update in the mod pack FTB Infinity Evolved that you are not able to craft the Notch Apple in a normal crafting table It can only be crafted in an Applied Energistics 2 Crafting terminal. This didn't seem like a very big problem, but seeing as people might not have a Applied Energistic 2 crafting terminal, it is a very big problem, thank you for your time :)
 
I believe that's on purpose, gating it behind AE2. After all, the notch apple is a pretty powerful item, even by modded standards.
 
Actually depending on the mode OPs server uses it could very well be a bug.
If expert mode it might be on purpose though.

I can state that at least in previous versions at least that the notch apple could be crafted in a logistics crafting station.
