Details of the issue:

The launcher isnt loading my settings i have checked the folder everything is still there its just not working. It has my account that i forgot password to and i need it to load the settings for me thanks. Also it takes for ever for me to redownload all the modpacks thanks please help ​

Have you moved any of the folders being used by ftb recently?

I dont realy see any errors in the loading file.
If you go to C:\Users\YourUsername\AppData\Roaming\ (or %appdata% in start search bar)
Do you see multiple ftblauncher folders?

Nope Just 1
is there anyway to find the file that holds the username and passwords

Why don't you just reset your password?
because even if you find that file it should be hard to get your password out of it, if that is not the case then there is a serious security risk.

Like Lenscas just said those files will be encrypted so there is no way for you to get the password out. Resetting it will be your easiest and fastest solution
