Summary of the problem Iskallium ore refines itself

What is the bug? Iskallium ore block was placed in my base as decoration.
A couple of days later and it has turned into refined Iskallium.
Not sure if intended, it slips like ice so I tend to dance about on it while waiting for furnaces to finish. I couldnt find a crafting recipe or use for it in JEI.
