So I have a generator hooked up to a recycler, cobblestone gets input to the recycler, it makes scrap. Scrap goes to the generator to make energy. Is this good or not? Please tell me more efficient ways if possible

Add one overclocker to the recycler. This'll make it slightly more energy efficient.

THat is one of the very useful power loops. Very clever that you figured that out without help. But a suggestion, put one overclocker in the Recycler. Overclockers always add 30% power usage. The default power usage of the recycler is 1. But the 30% just gets rounded back down to one.

I personally like to turnn my scrap into scrapboxes, I think they are also slightly more efficient.
