Is there an option to change the max amount of loaded chunks with FTB Utilities?

In know the config is located under minecraft\local\ftbu\config.json, but there is no option whatsoever for changing the max amount of chunks a player can load. I remember there used to be a line called "maxClaimsPlayer", but I can't find anything like that anywhere under any of the folders.

Did they remove that config or am I blind?

It has been moved to the ranks system (see "ranks_example.json"), but the config file "default_rank_config.json" doesn't set any values. I found this issue mentioning it:

It is a feature that has been added to the FTB Utilities mod recently.
