Is there a way to turn a diamond chest?

I know with a wrench you can turn a wood chest but i tried with diamond, and no success.
Any tool i can use to turn them or something?

I don't believe so.
You can move all the items from the chest to another chest, then break and replace the diamond chest and fill it back up again to get it facing the right way.

Try using an Omniwrench if you only used a normal wrench. I'm pretty sure I've done it before.

Nop, it keeps the block data, that's why you can't move chests without losing it's contents.. And facing direction is part of the data :/

I've used an omniwrench some times.. But I don't know if it works anymore, i'm sure I tried in 1.1.0 Ultimate and i couldn't..
