Is there a way to make grass grow faster?

I have a blue sheep farm I'm using to automate lapis into IC2 Coolant. But it's going VERY slow.. Basically the faster the grass grows the faster the sheep's wool will grow back right? I'm wondering if there's any way to make that happen or if there's some alternatives. Thanks guys.

And I'm on Infinity Evolved Expert with my own server! If anyone wants to come play let me know.

Ah. If its an ExU watering can, yes - that will happen. You need the more advanced version, as my understanding goes. Look at this article: https://ftb.gamepedia.com/Watering_Can_(Extra_Utilities) - you want the second one, that uses bedrockium and a soul fragment.

Unfortunately in FTB Infinity Expert, the Reinforced can is disabled.
