Windows .exe Is there a way to get the FTB/minecrack mod pack, so you can add it to normal minecraft launcher?

Is there a way to move the modpack over to the normal minecraft launcher? because i know that i wont lag so much if i play it over the normal minecraft launcher.
So if there are a way, plz tell me:)

Sorry if it is had to understand, im not the best at English:D

you would have to manually install all the mods yourself

it would be just as laggy, though. there is nothing special about the normal launcher.
