is there a way to force name tags to be off for admins? [mindcrack van or bukkitforge]

Invisibility potion.
For bukkitforge, vanishnopacket doesnt work, but simplyVanish might, it just applies a vanish potion to the player. Remember to remove armor though.

GregTech has admin armour that allow you to go invisible

The ultimate cloak from GT doesn't work either.. I have been trying to find a way to do this without plugins also and so far have had no luck..

Little bit rusty with whats in what mod pack, does mindcrack use the voxel liteloader stuff?
Does it have modular powersuits yet?
I "think" it has the voxel stuff.. I remember hittin f9 and it brigging up some voxel stuff. And I think i seen liteloader in either the mods core mods or configs folder somewhere.
Voxel does stuff to name the tag,
gives you the awesome distance but you can't hide the tag with invisibility stuff. At least not that i know of. Sorry to bring a disappointing answer.
Totally awesome, loving this mod to bits. I can't remember what its like to move without the jump assist and glide. It needs some balancing though, but its alpha so i'm sure theres plenty of tinkering to come.

Hehe, I love the Modular Power suit cloak. Not all that expensive either, and totally awesome for planning industrial warfare.
