Is There A Way to Fix The Bedrock Dimension in Resurrection?

So, I've been Googling for a while now, and I can't seem to find anything. Basically, the entire Bedrock Dimension from TT is made up of Minecraft Stone. Not Bedrock. I've tried in SSP and on a Server. All stone. There are very occasional GT ores, but, that's rare. Is there a config I need to change? The owner of the server I play on said he'd change it as well, and regen the dimension.

Any help or comments welcome!
