Is there a way to cure flux nodes?

I was exploring around the area looking for powerful nodes to work with in my want recharge station, and I came upon a rather nice node. It has 116 perdito, which I always need more of, however as you can tell by the thread, it is tainted. My guess is it either A. can't be cured or B. I can drive away the flux with the ethereal blooms? If anyone has any clue to this, I would be very happy to hear about your information/discoveries!

Hmm, maybe feed it pure nodes.

I've now surrounded it in ethereal blooms and also put an advanced node stabilizer on it, so i'll let you know if it does anything... It would be really cool to be able to un-taint nodes tho

Tainted nodes can be un-tainted by being in a biome where there is a pure node if I am not mistaken.
