Is there a way to add a prefix on a ftb server ?

Assuming you are using BukkitForge or MCPC+, get PermissionsEX and Chatmanager or Essentials and EssentialsChat. Otherwise i can suggest MyTown with the ForgePEX, or look around Minecraft Forge's Forums for some mods that does that. Tutorials for each of this have to be looked under each respective plugin/mod.
