I created a ticket a few days ago, following the instructions requested and it is still sitting there unassigned, are these redundant now? I have tried asking for help in these forums and no reply either.

1. im not to sure whats going on with the tickets. and an admin will be able to tell you about that.
2. dont create a new thread every time. just bump it up by posting bump (doing that more than once a day will likley get you warned by an admin)
3. DO NOT set your pastes to expire. that's why you don't get help. by the time people ntocie your thread, the paste has expired so they move on. pastebin don't care about it. if you feel the need to set an exipery on it, set it to like a month or someting.

1. Hence my question.
2. This is the second thread I created, I was replying to that thread, it kept getting knocked to the 3rd page while many other newer threads where being reply'd to by support crew.
3. There was heaps of time to reply before they would have expired.

I read all the forum and support rules and the tech support pages about my and similar problems before I posted here. There wasn't much more that I could have done. I would have been happy with a 'that sucks we are looking into it'

I would not inform users to bump their thread for any reason because some moderators consider it spam. It is also saying to people that I am more important than everybody else. Most people that help here, myself included, will go to older posts with no replies and help them first.
