Is there a mod that makes tnt explosions look better?

I don't think its possible to just affect TNT explosions; a resource pack can alter the texture of all explosions, so that might be something to look for? This might be helpful:

Dynamic surroundings makes all explosions look better, I think. It also does a lot of other things to make the game sound and look better.
