Is there a mod for Scaffolding? (1.5.2)

With IC2 not available, is there a mod for 1.5.2 that gives you something similar or the same effect as Scaffolding?

I realize MineFactory Reloaded has Vine Scaffolding, however as the name suggest this is made using vines and in a modpack that has like 50 different types of vines that aren't compatible, I'm looking for a mod that uses wood/metal similar to IC2 Scaffs.

But ic2 is available..... there is the jenkins, its pretty stable also.

It seems like a lot to add just for the sake of scaffold.
Isn't there a standalone mod? I'm sure I saw a video about it somewhere.

You can disable every block changing his ID to 0
