Is there a forge based locked chest mod?

I am using the myTown with a version of PEX built for Forge so i can assign plots, people can make and protect towns, but the default setting for MyTown that lets people open things like doors ALSO lets them open chests! I would liek to add a md so that people can protect their chest reguardless of the town/nation setting.

Anyone have a good suggestion?

Yes its in imfamry the item is caled electric chest[DOUBLEPOST=1381474146][/DOUBLEPOST]O I only read part of it ok idk
