Windows .exe Is my client out dated or my server outdated O.o

When I try to connect to my own server I get this little guy :

I get the same problem, except mine says a lot more mods. I got the new server and new launcher, still got those errors.

Same thing i just downloaded the server version and it's oudated from the client !

All we can do is wait I guess.
I wanted to test out a new SMP mod too T.T and then this happened.
But I am patience so it's all cool...unless it's a problem I can fix.
