Is it possible to pick up minotaur spawners in mindcrack pack for 1.4.6

Since portal gun is removed and soul shards doesn't apply to minotaur spawners , i wanna find out if there is a possible way to pick up a minotaur spawner and create a meef machine

Until the update today, the only option was frames, which can move a block one space at a time, similar to pistons. With the Portal Gun mod added in an update just a few minutes ago, though, you can use the grab key with the Portal Gun to pick blocks up, such as the spawners.
