No, the FPS was not greater than two. It was exactly two. What a strange thing to post.

That aside, watermills are too expensive in GregTech to be worth that low tech mass power production system, at least versus lava, for example. And the chance of a bucketfloor? No thanks!

No, it is extremely unlikely that it is exactly 2 if you are going to be technical. It is obviously rounded so you don't have to see something like 2.34433527 fps.

Firstly, the image shows "2 fps", so yes, it is exactly two frames per second. Secondly, frames per second cannot be decimal because it is measuring the amount of frames per second, which is, specifically, how many complete frames are rendered every second.
