is it possible to add vehicles to infinity evolved

hi,all
me and a mate play the infinity evolved mod and we'd like to add vehicles, is it possible to add something like flans mod or another to infinity ?

You should probably be able to add it, but if you're playing Expert Mode it *might* break progression; I'm not too familiar with how flans works
