is a list of mods than can be updated in packs kept anywhere?

Hey guys,
Ive been playing a couple of packs recently (Revelations and DIrewolf20 1.16) and wanted to keep the mods up to date (bug fixes etc).
Is there a list or something of the mods that have updates or is it a case of checking each on their respective site/page?

Which launcher are you using? If it's curseforge, you can go into the modlist of the pack and it'll show you when that mod has an update available for download:
