Iron Plate crafting bug

Title Iron Plate crafting bug

Link to log file I have simply added certain mods and removed others. (I kept DefaultOptions and CraftTweaker)

Details of the issue I simply cannot obtain Iron Plates through early-game crafting, the IC² one, with the forge hammer (I've also tried the Expert Mode crafting). I did install BuildCraft (which doesn't come with the base modpack), which is about industries as well, however BC doesn't seem to include or change anyting like that.

Through Just Enough Items, the only recipes for the iron plate are through mid-game machinery. However, when seeing the Forge Hammer utility page, there is a recipe for na iron plate with it and na iron ingot, but when I try to craft it nothing happens at all.
