I can't find the damage value of iridium ore (The ore as a block not as a item).
Can someone tell me the damage value or tell me how to find it?

P.S. Before you say the code for it is 703-2, i tried that and it doesnt work.
 
Well i have to say the ID is 703:2, could you tell me why it doesn't work? What are you trying to do?
 
I'm not sure why it doesnt work.
Also i saw that the OV-scanner cant detect the iridium ore as a different ore because it mixes with the mauxite (or something like that) ore bause it has the same id. but a differend data value.
So now im trying to edit the file so it will be differend but 703:2 doesnt work for some strange reason.
 
get a silk touch pick go to the nether mine some put tnt closer and close and closer til it blow's up
 
You can't change damage values. They are hard codded and the only things the config can change is blockIDs.
 
@above yes i know that but im trying to make the OV-scanner able to see the difference between iridium and some other blocks with the same id but with a differend damage value.
But because 703-1 703-2 etc didnt seem to work i was thinking the damage value was differend.
 
Well kind of.
I tried to give it a bit more worth because it was rarer than the other ores but i did 703-2:10.
But he still ignores the -2 in the file
