HI Dear FTB Users (sorry my bad english)! like the title says i do have a few problems with my server and i really really hope you peps could help me out after i tryed myself a few days ! the members start's to get a bit pissed -_-
Info about my system:

So here comes the problems when i host the server i get this message in the log

[WARNING] Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?
What ive tryed to do :
1.Lunch my old backup ! and i still get the same error:
2.downlaod a new server. Installed it and replase the world files = same error.
3. Ran a brand new server ( But this time i could connect to the server but after a few minutes it get's the same error BUT i can still play on it for a while untill my pc crash .
i allso have to add that its weard cuse i can read the CPU mem and now it goes to 80 -90 % and is usually was around 10 -20 when i had the server running + game launched :O
+++++ Now i eaven get this error when i try to connect
Forger Mod Loader could not connect to this server
The mods and versions listed below could not be found
They are required to play on this server
