Iodine Capsule

Tried putting 4 tin ingots surrounding a gold ingot, and I can't make this iodine capsule. Says no recipe exists.
I used a forge lexicon and used all 3 types of tin, but none of them work

you need honey, pollen, gunpowder, and a tin can to make iodine
