Summary of the problem invisible Ender IO conduit and Chisel and bits

What is the bug? When re-entering my save game, all my ender io conduit are invisible in a black box and all my chisel and bits custom blocks are invisible also. also my refined storage connection keep changing direction.

Is it repeatable? yes everytime i enter my save world.
