Invalid username and password

For some reason it wont let me log into any server on FTB launcher. I've even read through FAQ and a few other threads seeing if there was some way to fix this. I've tried using my email as the username (since that's how I have to log into minecraft.net) and still pops up with same error. any fix?

Welcome to the forums. Can you log into the launcher and download the packs? If so it might not be a password problem.

Please follow this guide to eliminate any possible installation error. After following that guide if you are still unable to log into the server then please post a console log in debug mode to pastebin.com and link to it here. Look here for more info about the logs.
