Been playing FTB Tech World 2 all day and took a break. Came back and kept getting a invaild user and password. Yes paid for my minecraft account. Yes i have Mojang user and pw. Yes my user name is my email. did a password reset to make sure it was not my password. I can still log into Regualar Minecraft.

You did a good job of covering all the bases, including anything that I would have suggested. not sure where to go from there, though...
Having the same problem here - was playing normally, took a break, bang - same error.
Tried:
- Retyping user/pass, aswell as re-adding it
- Restarting PC
- Changing FTB install folder
- Downloading launcher again, and choosing another folder
- Checked the account on minecraft.net, ctrl c ctrl v'd the pass in there and on ftb, they match and only work on minecraft.net
- Launched normal MC, just to see if it'd do any good
Didn't delete the whole .minecraft though - it's not passing the authentication, won't even redownload it all....

Well go figure. After sleeping some hours, came back - same error.
Deleted ALL the profiles , re-added mine and it worked lol.
