internal server error

I recently joined a server and the first time I logged on without any problems. But after a few minutes I was disconnected from the server with the following message:

Disconnected by Server
Internal Server Error
Click to expand...
Since then this message is displayed whenever I try to log in to the server.

I'm using the mindcrack modpack, which also is installed on the server.
I have the latest Java 7 (64 bit) update installed (Update 21 on both JDK and JRE) and I'm using Windows 7 (64 bit).
I reinstalled java, FTB and the modpack and restarted my computer without any changes.

Does someone has an idea what's wrong?

1. I already did everything that is mentioned in the basic troubleshooting before I posted here ;)
The only thing that's different is that I installed JDK because I'm a developer (web applications) and JDK is required by my IDE.

Yes, but there is no other entry in the log. The last line in the posted log is the last line at the time of the ISE
 
No, I don't, but I could ask the admin if a message appears in the server log when I get the ISE.
I leave a post when he answers me, because it's very late here (germany) and I don't think he gets online until next morning.
 
I don't know why but today I was able to play without having any issues and neither the server admin nor I changed anything, but either way I'm glad I finally can play some FTB :D
