Internal Server Error when I try to break a block. MCPC Plus 1.6.2

I am having this problem, where when I try to break a block I get an Internal Server Error. I can delete the mod that's causing it... Any help is appreciated! Please help! This is my error: [Switched out name with PLAYERNAME and IP with 0.0.0.0]
