internal server crash

Hey, I was playing sbeev's industrial revolution modpack on the curseforge and I suddenly froze and it kicked me out so I taught it just crashed so I went back in and it said internal server crash. I looked it up on google and it showed how to fixed it but it didn't work. Can anyone help me fix this?
