Well thats why it got changed. You now started with 5 euro on that thing and guess what you would never as a student print enough to make it up and that 5 euro was included in the cost to go to that school.
meaning you paid 5 euro in advance to use the printer which only lasted for a year and as a student you will never print that much in a year.
