Interactive information panel

I have seen on some servers that it is possible to create interactive information panels. Like an big screen that display rules and then you can click/hit on links n the screen to go deeper in the text.
Also seen that the options choosen can trigger portals and warps...

How is this done?

Ok, are there any guides on this specific thing. Since im not into the Cc language.. It might be to hard.

Hmm it uses LUA which is not that different from other programming languages. As for a complete guide specifically for CC, I don't think you will find them, since it would in essence be a basic course in programming. But it is reasonably easy to find the commands/api's etc just googling it.

I cant really give you any more in detail advice, since I'm crap at it myself. Can only program very basic stuff and rip off other peoples code
