Summary of the problem Interaction between unlinked Phantom Liquiface and External Storage causes Crash

Pack Version 1.2.1

What is the bug? Placing an unlinked Phantom Liquiface from Actually Additions next to an External Storage from Refined Storage (set to Liquid Mode) causes a crash. (Tested in both Modpack Version 1.2.1 and 1.3.0)

Mod & Version Actually Additions 1.10.2-r105
Refined Storage 1.2.23 / 1.2.25

Is it repeatable? Place a Phantom Liquiface in the world without linking it and connect an External Storage to the Liquiface and set it to Liquid Mode. Can be done in reverse order, too, as it also causes the crash.

Known Fix Either the external storage or the Liquiface need to be removed externally, as the server crashes immediately after restarting. Linking the Liquiface before setting the External Storage to Liquid Mode prevents the bug. It does not matter wether the linked Block actually contains a tank, though.
