Installing Mods

I play the Direwolf20 modpack and when i install a new mod the modpack doesnt want to startup anymore, does anybody know how this is possible and what I can do about it.

Included is what the console says when it stucks (everything is red).

Are you using mods for the correct version of MC? 1.5.x mods don't work with 1.4.7.
