Installing Mo' Creatures?

My apologies if this has been answered already, but how do you run FTB and Mo' Creatures concurrently? I searched the forums and only found references to people getting it working. Are the instructions the same as Optifine? If so, I need further clarification - Mo' Creatures is a zip file, not a jar. Do I use MultiMC to change the FTB minecraft.jar?
