Installing Macro mods on FTB MONSTER

hi all, i've been trying to install the macro mod to improve my multiplayer experience so that i can msg people fairly quickly and such. But, I've had trouble installing it and i can't get it to work, anyone know how i would go about installing it properly?

Details on how you have been trying to install it would be helpful.

This is a plugin, not a mod though, you will need MCPC+ in order to install both plugins and mods.
