Installed new Forge version : 1.7.10-10.13.4.1448-1.7.10 and game won't load

Installed new Forge version : 1.7.10-10.13.4.1448-1.7.10 and game won't load​

Launcher Version:

1.4.8​

Modpack:

direwolf20(v1.4.1)Minecraft Version 1.7.10​

Details of the issue:

according to the launcher console cofh is looking for forge version 10.13.3.1448 and the new forge is 10.13.4.1448 and at that point it unloads everything and gives an error msg saying the game can't find the 10.13.3.1448 version of forge?? How do we fix this please

PS Please note I don't have any money I live on SSI and I can't afford a pastebin account to post my logs since they changed to pay to post anything bigger than a text msg!​

In most cases, in order to solve the issue, the crash report is needed. A pastebin account is 100 percent free, unless you want a private one. Also, you can still post at least 500 lines, which can include most of the errors in a standard crash report. I just tested it, and if you dont believe me the link is http://pastebin.com/UGpenzbr. There are also other file/text sharing services. Right now my only recommendations are get a newer forge, or use the reccomended version, as 10.13.3.1448 is not the newest version

I want to add something: launcher have upload log feature which uses FTB's own pastebin site which do not have upload limits.
