Details of the issue:

ftb lib is crashing me 1.0.13.1 is crashing me when i launch and i want the lastest version of ftb utils​

I'm having the same issue with Infinity 2.3.1. The modpack works fine on 2.3.1 if you have Java 8 instead of Java 7. Sadly my host refuses to update to Java 8.

i look more into it and enderio is being a jerk and not playing nice with the rf api and apperently some how removing ftb utils fixs it some how
